Job summary

Siemens is offering a two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program in our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The start date is July 2027, and you will relocate for four six-month rotations across U.S. manufacturing facilities.

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of manufacturing while exploring career paths, supported by mentorship and development opportunities to accelerate your manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related program as listed.
• Available to begin full-time employment in early July 2027.
• Strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through immersion in the manufacturing process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in four rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities, each six months long.
• Improve processes, drive sustainability, and find effective solutions to complex challenges.
• Be forward-thinking and challenge peers and senior management to think ahead.
