The candidate should have 5+ years in marine electrical testing, experience with activation/test procedures, and familiarity with lock-out/tag-out practices. A high school diploma is required; college-level electrical training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in marine electrical testing and system activation.
• Experience with test and activation procedures.
• Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required; college/military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and enforce all safety standards.
• Lead execution of Electrical construction activities to support ship/unit schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics and ensure accountability of tasks.
• Mentor mechanics and promote continuous learning and skills development.
• Apply BOS principles and drive productivity improvements.
