Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Computer Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Power and Controls Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop ship power and controls systems across multiple disciplines and tasks.
• Perform reliability, risk assessments and system analyses.
• Interface with Navy, design teams, procurement and customers to support installation, testing and operation of shipboard systems.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders as required.
• Support process improvements and cost-out initiatives to enhance performance.
