Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects, including data centers, healthcare, and industrial facilities. You will direct end-to-end execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred), 7+ years of electrical construction experience, 1–2 years in leadership, OSHA 30, with the certification to be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
• 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification must be completed within 6 months of hire if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams by setting expectations and coaching.
• Direct end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and coordinating teams.
• Drive safety and quality by maintaining field presence and safety programs.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination to support schedules.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and negotiations to meet objectives.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders with updates.
• Evaluate performance and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain project documentation for compliance and reference.
