Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Sr Electrical Project Manager in Abilene, TX, to lead large, technically complex electrical construction projects including data centers and mission-critical environments. You will manage preconstruction, planning, installation, commissioning, turnover and closeout with field teams.

The role requires strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management and client relations, plus leadership of project engineers and PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical construction or project management.
• OSHA 30 preferred; certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience leading large-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Coordinate electrical construction with multiple trades and teams.
• Lead coordination between clients, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of major electrical equipment and systems.
• Monitor schedule, cost, quality and safety; address issues proactively.
