Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a national electrical contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager for Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on leading project teams, driving safety and quality, managing procurement and finances, and delivering projects on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in electrical construction, and 1–2 years in a leadership role, with OSHA 30-Hr certification preferred and a six-month window

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification must be completed within 6 months of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams by establishing expectations and coaching.
• Direct end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
• Drive project safety and quality with strong field presence and safety programs.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination to support schedules.
• Manage project financials and contracts, budgeting, and negotiations.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders with clear updates.
• Evaluate performance and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation for compliance and reference.
