Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in electrical construction/project management.
• Experience managing commercial and/or data center projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and financial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Taking ownership of project budgets, schedules and financial performance.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and forecasts.
• Managing change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Coordinating with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Building strong relationships with general contractors, clients and project stakeholders.
