Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Technical, or related field with two or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.
• Associate Degree in a Business, Technical, or related field with four or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with six or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Influences others outside of department area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Manage and resolve escalated complaints; inspect job sites and plan new assignments.
• Ensure projects and departmental milestones are achieved within approved budgets.
• Oversee work plans and resource coordination with internal and external customers.
• Lead Daily Operating Reviews and Cross Functional Weekly Operating Reviews.
• Administer apprenticeship program and safety training; manage on-call and storm resources.
