Qualifications

• Experience leading electric transmission or distribution operations.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and optimize field work within budgets.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA/MIOSHA, and company safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction and maintenance in a defined area to ensure safety and cost efficiency.
• Lead daily/weekly operating reviews and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for projects and milestones.
• Supervise bargaining unit employees and oversee safety training and compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and storm restoration leadership.
