Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical and mechanical trades on large Life Sciences/Pharma and Mission Critical projects. You will direct subcontractors, coordinate with engineers, architects and owners, manage scheduling, safety, quality and budget adherence, and mentor field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience.
• Six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Strong reading of contract documents, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical/mechanical subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure site safety program and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with engineers on MEPS layouts and 3D model approvals.
• Oversee billing, monthly estimates, payrolls and invoicing.
• Lead inspections, commissioning, turnover and training.
• Maintain daily records of MEPS progress.
• Communicate with owners/architects/engineers on field issues.
