Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize our industrial equipment on the Monday–Friday schedule (2:30–10:30). You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mixing and filling systems, conveyors, motors, pumps, and robotics to ensure reliable production.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial mixing and filling equipment, conveyance systems, motors, pumps, and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production.
• Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization in maintenance and production areas.
