Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division is hiring a maintenance technician in Cleveland, OH. You will maintain and improve preventative maintenance tasks, install and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S principles.

We expect 1–2 years of troubleshooting experience, strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work overtime or different shifts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues preferred.
  • Self-motivated team member who reliably completes tasks on time.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills; dependable and punctual; acts with urgency.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion.
  • Stand continuously, stoop and walk frequently during the shift.
  • Must know mechanical and electrical principles.

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.00 and $35.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
