Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Lincoln, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. You will read manuals, perform scheduled and emergency repairs, and collaborate with engineering on special projects to support site goals.

The role requires electromechanical and hydraulic experience, ability to read blueprints, and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School completion required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of electromechanical or hydraulic systems experience.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams.
• Ability to use hand and power tools used in hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment and emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluids as part of preventive maintenance.
• Repair, replace defective parts, and adjust machinery; test performance.
• Collaborate with engineering on special projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance activities.
• Operate welding equipment and machine tools as needed to repair machinery.
