Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Strong PCBA, electronics assembly experience and test equipment knowledge.

A leader in manufacturing electronic instrumentation for the electric utility and process industries is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to oversee manufacturing engineering operations and lead a team of three. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical engineering depth and hands‑on experience in PCBA, electronics assembly, and automated test equipment. It also offers a clear succession and growth path.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers
• Drive process improvements, cost‑reduction initiatives, and Lean Manufacturing efforts
• Oversee tooling, documentation, test equipment design, and capital equipment decisions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, facilities, QA, supply chain, and EHS
• Review engineering changes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support OPEX, VA/VE, and continuous improvement programs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred)
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
• 3+ years leading or supervising engineering teams
• Strong background in PCBA manufacturing, electronics engineering, circuit board assembly
• Working knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, including design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with CADStar, PADS, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, or programming languages (VB, C, Java) is a plus
