Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities supporting high-voltage power supplies and electronic assemblies.

You will collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams to transition prototypes into production, develop robust processes, and drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, safety, and cost.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with high-voltage power supplies or power electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Through-hole and surface-mount PCB assembly
• Custom transformer winding

Manufacturing Engineering Leadership

• Lead efforts to transition products from prototype development into full-scale production.
• Develop, validate, and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with high-voltage power supplies, power electronics, or related electronic products strongly preferred.
• Prior experience leading projects, process improvements, or technical teams is highly desirable.
