Job summary

Festo USA in Mason, OH is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to drive cost-aware improvements in a mid-volume production setting. You will plan, implement, and monitor engineering changes and NPIs, ensuring equipment and processes meet capability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, or related) or equivalent technical training/experience (5+ years).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering an advantage.
• MS Office proficient.
• SAP an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement concepts for the implementation of NPI/AEP projects.
• Coordinate, order, schedules, monitors and approves operating equipment.
• Assure the process capability of the operating equipment.
• Initiate and control the construction and/or procurement of production and assembly equipment.
• Releases requirement and functional specifications for equipment and production concepts.
• Plans and designs workstations using MTM/EAWS.
