Job summary

Quintall is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement in selected production value streams. You will plan NP I/AEP initiatives, approve equipment specifications, and ensure process capability while aligning with R&D and cross-functional teams.

The role involves leading equipment selection, maintaining up-to-date SAP data, and driving cost-efficient production concepts in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 5+ years of experience.
• Electrical or mechatronics engineering degree is an advantage.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements concepts for NP I/AEP projects.
• Coordinates, schedules, monitors and approves operating equipment.
• Ensures process capability of operating equipment.
• Initiates procurement of production equipment and defines technical requirements.
