Emerson Electric is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to lead lean initiatives at its Houston facility. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree, lean implementation experience, and a focus on process improvement, contributing to operational excellence.

As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the improvement of manufacturing processes, production layouts, and materials flow at the Crossridge Manufacturing Facility.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing common manufacturing processes and Best Practices within plant operations. This position is also responsible for achieving Best Customer Service and Perfect Execution objectives. The objective is to establish and implement common Lean Best Practices via standardize work across all product lines within the facility to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
