Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site electrical works on the commercial project.

• Oversee electrical subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and timelines.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

• Review electrical designs, drawings, and schematics; provide feedback and suggest improvements.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.

• Prepare reports, progress updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Monitor project budgets related to electrical scope; manage procurement and inventory of materials.

• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all safety standards and policies.

Electrical Manager Qualifications:

• Valid ECS card

• SMSTS

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience managing electrical works on commercial construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software, electrical design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
