Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems at assigned properties. The role includes maintaining building equipment such as HVAC and electrical systems, responding to emergencies, and performing preventive maintenance with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and other building devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on finishes and equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Use building automation systems and other technology for monitoring and control.
