Job summary

Arkema is seeking an Electrical Team Lead for the CLAK site to supervise electrical and instrument technicians, oversee maintenance and project work, and ensure safety, reliability, and productivity. You will interface with manufacturing groups and support contractor activities on site.

The role requires extensive HV experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, control valves, and NDEP practices, with a focus on team development and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years field maintenance experience with high voltage distribution equipment.
• High school diploma required; technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Familiar with NEC and NFPA 70E standards and industrial instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Electrical Technicians and PMs to schedule.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate electrical equipment and install tasks.
• Perform duties of instrument & electrical technician as needed to balance staffing.
• Ensure functional testing and pre-installation checks on control valves.
• Develop testing procedures for safety-critical equipment.
• Maintain documentation of failed calibrations and corrective actions.
• Assist with training and development of electrical technicians.
