Job summary

Arkema is seeking an Electrical Team Lead in the Maintenance Department to supervise electricians and technicians, plan daily activities, and ensure PMs are completed with high quality and safety compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in field maintenance with high voltage equipment, familiarity with NEC/NFPA70E, and strong leadership. Expect interaction with instrument teams and on-site contractors to maintain reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years field maintenance experience with high voltage distribution equipment.
• Instrument/Electrical technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Familiarization with NEC and NFPA70E; knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process control loops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of Electrical Technicians and ensure PMs are completed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and install electrical tasks per maintenance schedule.
• Perform as working team lead to maintain optimum staffing and safety.
• Ensure functional testing and pre-installation checks on control valves; support on-site contractor work.
• Develop test procedures for safety and process-critical equipment.
