Job summary
Cleveland-Cliffs Middletown Works is seeking a Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance & Control to lead a team of Electronic Repairmen and provide expert troubleshooting support for electrical systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred.
- 3 years of control systems and PLC experience preferred.
- Willingness to support a 24/7 operating environment, including on-call nights/weekends.
- Experience supervising electronic technicians is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems and PLCs (Rockwell/Siemens) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 5–20 Electronic Repairmen to deliver preventive and maintenance services safely and efficiently.
- Lead system troubleshooting; determine root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide after-hours troubleshooting support to electrical technicians.
- Maintain and improve electrical documentation.
- Develop long- and short-term equipment improvement plans.
- Plan outages and upgrades; assist service providers and contractors.
- Communicate problems and solutions clearly to Operations and EM&C management.
