Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance supervision in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year planning/scheduling with hands-on involvement.
• Advanced PC software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance crew and coordinate execution of the operating plan.
• Develop and implement plans to reduce breakdowns and optimize maintenance scheduling.
• Lead safety, training, and development to improve reliability and availability.
• Oversee CMMS integration and data history capture for equipment.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager, Engineers, and operations to drive improvements.
