Job summary

You will supervise teams, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical systems, and manage schedules, parts, and contractors to ensure uptime.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electrical maintenance with leadership experience and strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience, with leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Electrical license or relevant technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams and contractors.
