Qualifications

Responsibilities

As an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a skilled technical team to ensure the peak performance and reliability of our production infrastructure. By overseeing complex electrical systems and driving proactive maintenance strategies, you will directly impact plant uptime and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations, providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality repairs and system integrity.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical failures, including PLC, VFD, and servo motor systems, to maintain production flow.
• Manage resource allocation, including parts procurement and contractor coordination, to streamline maintenance workflows.
• Champion a culture of safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff to improve technical proficiency.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall facility efficiency.

Qualifications
