Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70, 70B, and 70E standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with Tilcon’s core values:Safety, Integrity, and Quality.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all aspects of electrical maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective work.
• Minimize downtime by implementing efficient workflows and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support.
• Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues and customer needs.

Performance & Strategy

• Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive performance and reliability.
• Manage budgets, procurement of parts and materials, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required;Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineeringpreferred.
• Minimum10 years of electrical maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge ofNFPA 70, 70B, and 70Estandards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
