Job summary

Unofficial M.C. Dean is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician to supervise on-site electrical crews and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and warranty maintenance.

The role splits time between planning, scheduling and documenting activities and leading field work, ensuring safety and compliance with procedures. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical systems, be able to read complex schematics, and possess a Journeyman license or equivalent technical

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI security clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with Electrical Journeyman license or a technical degree in Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls or NICET/NETA Level II in Electrical Power Testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision for electrical crews and coordinate Preventative, Predictive, Corrective and Warranty maintenance.
• Plan, schedule and document work while maintaining field time with the crew.
• Read and interpret one-line drawings and schematics; follow safety policies and procedures.
