M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on critical electrical installations. You will plan, organize, and schedule tasks, ensuring high-quality work, compliance with safety standards, and timely completion of projects at site locations.

Responsibilities include QA/QC coordination, daily reporting, and maintaining accurate field drawings while supervising crew performance and tool/equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Monitor safety, quality and timeliness of installations.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and inspect tools and equipment.
• Submit daily hours and units for crew members.
• Ensure work adheres to project quality plans and QA/QC procedures.
