Job summary

Dean Fluor is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, test, calibrate and commission electrical systems across low, medium, and high voltage environments. You will work on switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and related equipment while following strict safety policies.

The role requires reading one-line drawings and schematics, performing troubleshooting with meters and test gear, and recording field data in Power DB and Maximo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with high/medium/low voltage systems.
• Ability to read complex technical instructions, plans and schematics.
• Must possess active license as required by location.
• Ability to follow safety policies and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, testing, calibration and commissioning of electrical systems and components.
• Act as Employee in Charge on some jobs, ensuring efficient planning and safe completion.
• Read and interpret drawings and manuals.
• Maintain PPE, tools and field data.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
