Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Foreman 2 to plan, organize and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders with a focus on high-quality installations and safety compliance. The role requires coordinating materials, equipment, and field drawings while ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crew performance, maintaining up-to-date as-built drawings, and submitting daily reports. A Journeyman license or progress toward it within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical industry experience with a HS diploma or GED.
• 6+ years experience with an Associate degree.
• Journeyman Electrical License required or to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Assure high-quality installation and perform QC inspections.
• Maintain as-built drawings and update master records weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment; ensure accountability and security.
• Submit daily hours and units for each employee assigned to foreman.
• Ensure safety practices and investigate incidents per procedure.
• Oversee site cleanup and enforce proper break discipline.
