Job summary

ADM in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for Dry Grind operations. You will provide technical leadership for electrical maintenance across Cogeneration, Wet Mill, and Dry Grind, partnering with the Electrical Superintendent to standardize practices and ensure safe, reliable work.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, contractor oversight, outage planning, and RCA, with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and OSHA compliance as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Reliability strategy: develop PM/PdM and standards for motors, MCCs, VFDs, switchgear and power systems.
• Technical leadership: troubleshoot major equipment failures and support upgrades/commissioning.
• Contractor management: oversee third-party electrical contractors and audit work quality.
