Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor-Lines to oversee line crews responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of underground and overhead electric distribution systems. You will supervise crew performance, coordinate schedules, training, and ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.

The position requires a High School diploma, a minimum of three years as a Line-worker I (RG 34.5), and a Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as a Line-worker I (RG 34.5); supervisory experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's license (Class A with Special Trailer Endorsement) and a safe driving record required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Area Work Center.

Responsibilities

• Supervises line crew(s) involved in installation, maintenance and repairs of electric distribution system.
• Oversees equipment, materials, and record-keeping duties including time sheets and tailboard docs.
• Trains, instructs, and mentors Line-workers to ensure safety rules are followed.
• Evaluates performance and coordinates work assignments.
• Conducts tailboards, inspections, and ensures on-time, on-budget completion.
