Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews per bargaining unit contract.
• Apply local union contracts and resolve grievances.
• Coordinate with utilities and external contractors for large projects.
• Ensure work is within budget and proper records are kept.
• Foster a customer-first attitude and resolve customer issues.
• Fulfill storm duty and on-call rotation.
