Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors line workers to ensure safety compliance.
• Evaluates performance and initiates corrective action as needed.
• Coordinates and schedules work assignments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Performs tailboard and vehicle inspections and ensures timely completion.
• Provides first response coverage for off-hour emergencies and coordinates staffing.
• Collaborates with emergency services to ensure a safe working environment.
