Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities on various sites in Texas. You will lead a team of electricians and laborers, ensure safety compliance, and drive quality and on-time project completion.

Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, coordinating materials and crews, and providing technical direction. Occasional travel to multiple jobsites on short notice is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret drawings.
• Strong communication and management skills essential for leading crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and laborers on electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure quality control and on-time project completion.
• Provide technical direction and troubleshooting for electrical issues.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material requirements and work schedules.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice as required.
