MasTec, Inc. seeks an on-site electrical helper to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems at various jobsites in Texas. You will keep sites safe, organized, and run routine site tasks while supporting project goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related construction experience preferred.
• Prior electrical or construction labor experience is preferred.
• Take reasonable care of health and safety and others by following Zero Injury principles.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Follow written or oral instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all required Safety documentation.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Prepare and maintain work sites, including handling of materials and tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Travel to different jobsites on limited notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
