Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of related factory experience.
• Ability to read one-line and three-line electrical drawings (MV/LV/Control).
• Familiarity with NEC code and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in assembly, test, and troubleshooting of electrical/control systems.
• Interpret drawings and communicate requirements to work teams.
• Coach and lead staff to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Ensure safety program compliance and proper documentation.
