Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform E&I activities in a high‑performance packaging environment.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis with maintenance teams for major downtime.
• Troubleshoot and coach operators in processing and packaging plants.
• Maintain accurate data and artifacts for operators and process control.
• Communicate effectively with line leaders and technical staff.
