Job summary

B&G Foods Inc. is hiring a Plant Technician for packing and process at the Cincinnati plant. The role requires mechanical, electrical, or design‑oriented training and a willingness to work 8 or 12 hour shifts, five to seven days per week, with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• One year of technical education/training beyond high school (Mechanical, Shop, Electrical, etc.).
• Completed four-year college degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed production equipment including packing and process systems.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, hand trucks).
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and data analysis; input data and communicate via email.
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean GMP-based work area; participate in safety audits.
• Maintain records, understand machine components, and work with team on shift rotations and leadership.

Education
