Job summary

Ecoservices in Baton Rouge seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, following industry standards and safety guidelines. You will lead maintenance staff and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in industrial maintenance within chemical/oil & gas, plus TWIC credentials.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in chemical/oil&gas.
TWIC credential required.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage maintenance work orders (RCS) with area Supervisors.
Interface with the scheduler on upcoming schedules.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams and assign duties.
Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and machine capacities.
Review plant usage and maintenance records to ensure quality control.
Confer with supervisors to prioritize emergency requests.
Enforce safety regulations and train staff in safety procedures.
Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) for new/modified procedures.
Assist with root-cause analysis and identify department tasks from results.
Coordinate inspections with other supervisors and vendors during pre-turnaround planning.
