You will guide teams, interpret blueprints and job orders, and enforce safety standards while optimizing production performance. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in industrial maintenance in the chemical/oil-gas sector, plus TWIC and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in chemical and/or oil/gas.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• TWIC credential.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to interpret varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work orders and communicate with area/unit supervisors.
• Interface with the scheduler on upcoming schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers per work orders.
• Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and machine capacities.
• Review plant usage schedules and maintenance records for quality control.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and safety training.
