Job summary
Ecoservices is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Baton Rouge, LA facility. You will supervise maintenance activity, drive reliability programs for rotating equipment and lead small capital projects to optimize on-stream time.
Ideal candidates bring a mechanical engineering background with 7+ years of plant maintenance experience, RCFA training, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. This role prioritizes safety and data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering required with PE desirable.
- 7+ years in maintenance and reliability in chemical/plants.
- Strong planning, scheduling and execution skills.
- Experience with RCFA and vibration analysis is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling for reliability targets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for rotating equipment.
- Perform RCFA analyses for failures per policy.
- Coordinate capital projects and plant improvements.
- Lead maintenance teammates and coordinate contractors.
- Ensure HSSE compliance and process safety initiatives.
- Support work order planning and PM program improvements.
