Job summary

Ecovyst in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, and safe installation standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the scheduler, adjust procedures to meet production needs, and analyze maintenance data to improve performance. A BS in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in chemical/oil & gas are required; TWIC is needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Min 5 years of industrial maintenance in chemical/oil&gas is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• TWIC credential is required for access to sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and manages work orders in the maintenance system.
• Interfaces with scheduler on upcoming maintenance schedules.
• Supervises workers and conducts safety meetings and daily work orders.
• Develops procedures to meet production schedules and improve equipment reliability.
