Job summary

Refinery is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Coordinator for an on-site role in Mandan, ND. The assignment runs now through December 2027 with per diem and a 5/10 schedule. You will oversee P6 knowledge, EI QA workflows, RFI tracking, and collaboration with the EI supervisor on hiring plans.

You will also manage contractors, track off-site equipment with proper documentation, review vendor contracts, and monitor TAR/Project costs. Active participation in safety meetings is required.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of P6
• Understand and be able to manage the EI QA documentation and workflow process, for both TAR's and Projects
• Responsible for submitting and tracking RFI's in I-TAR/I-CON for any questions or documentation needed in assigned TAR's and Projects.
• Understand and review hiring plans with E/I supervisor.
• Manage contractors to headcount and utilize resource mobility to prevent inflating cost.
• Responsible for tracking equipment being sent off site for repairs. This includes gathering proper decon and SDA sheets required prior to being removed off site. (Control valves, Motors, MOV's, EIV's, etc.)
• Review 3rd party vendors or specialty contractors identified with E/I Supervisor. Ensure all contracts and PO's are in place.
• Responsible for tracking all new equipment being delivered to site and spec checked
• Must be fully engaged with all field activities and attend mid shift meetings with other craft coordinators to give accurate updates.
• Responsible for tracking contractor rental equipment and cost associated for TAR/Project
• Attend and engage in Contractor weekly safety meetings and unit toolbox meetings. It is a requirement.
