Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Coordinator for a refinery project. The role entails hands-on management of EI QA documentation, TARs and project workflows, and close collaboration with E/I supervision to optimize staffing and cost control.

You will coordinate with contractors, review vendor contracts, and ensure field updates during mid-shift meetings. Responsibilities include tracking equipment, RFI submissions, and ensuring decon/SDA documentation for off-site repairs,

• Experience with EI QA documentation workflow for TARs and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Manage EI QA documentation and workflow for TARs and Projects.
• Submit and track RFIs in I-TAR/I-CON for TARs and Projects.
• Understand and review hiring plans with E/I supervisor.
• Manage contractors to headcount and optimize resource mobility to control costs.
• Track equipment sent off-site for repairs with decon and SDA sheets.
• Review 3rd party vendors or specialty contractors identified with E/I Supervisor. Ensure contracts and POs are in place.
• Track new equipment arriving on site and perform spec checks.
• Engage in field activities and attend mid-shift meetings with other coordinators for updates.
• Track contractor rental equipment and TAR/Project costs.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and unit toolbox talks with contractors.

Responsibilities

Be knowledgeable of P6

Understand and be able to manage the EI QA documentation and workflow process, for both TAR's and Projects

Responsible for submitting and tracking RFI's in I-TAR/I-CON for any questions or documentation needed in assigned TAR's and Projects.

Understand and review hiring plans with E/I supervisor.

Manage contractors to headcount and utilize resource mobility to prevent inflating cost.

Responsible for tracking equipment being sent off site for repairs. This includes gathering proper decon and SDA sheets required prior to being removed off site. (Control valves, Motors, MOV's, EIV's, etc.)

Review 3rd party vendors or specialty contractors identified with E/I Supervisor. Ensure all

contracts and PO's are in place.

Responsible for tracking all new equipment being delivered to site and spec checked

Must be fully engaged with all field activities and attend mid shift meetings with other craft

coordinators to give accurate updates.

Responsible for tracking contractor rental equipment and cost associated for TAR/Project
