Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer in Phoenix to install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm and life-safety systems with minimal guidance.

You will work closely with customers and colleagues, interpret schematics and blueprints, and provide hands-on installation support while progressing through our trade program. A valid driver’s license and strong mechanical/electrical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in electronic security industry.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repairs, and service security, fire alarm & life safety systems.
• Provide installation support and training to customers and colleagues.
• Read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams; use test instruments and hand tools.
