Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site installation quality across customer sites. You must be willing to travel 100% with expenses covered and may earn overtime, focusing on safety, reporting, and coordination for project managers.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in electromechanical troubleshooting, OSHA 10, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Associate degree preferred; AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience in AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is helpful.
• OSHA regulations knowledge with OSHA 10 certification required and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays/off shifts with potential OT.
• Proficiency with PCs, databases, and communication tools; hardware/software setup.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding installation quality on project sites, following quality checklists and applying corrective actions.
• Coordinate on-site safety, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify installations meet standards.
• Provide detailed on-site reporting on schedules and resources to project managers and customers.
• Train subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment and share expertise.
• Write concise trip reports promptly per Dematic procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems as they arise and suggest resolutions.
• Be prepared to travel up to 100% to customer locations with travel expenses covered.
• Navigate large construction sites requiring physical endurance in varied climates.
