Job summary

Dematic seeks an Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team. You will support multiple customer projects across the continental USA, traveling to sites as needed to ensure installation quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates bring at least ten years of electromechanical troubleshooting experience, familiarity with AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors, and a solid QA background.

OSHA 10 is required; OSHA 30 preferred. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years (minimum) experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with quality assurance is required.
• OSHA 10 is required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must have knowledge of personal computers, database functions and communications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain on-site safety including safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager or customer.
• Assist with training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write concise trip reports within required timeframes.
• Identify problems and propose practical solutions when issues are straightforward.
• Travel on short notice and be willing to travel up to 100% of the time; on-call travel.
• Push, pull, crawl, squat and walk on large construction sites; lift at least 50 lbs.
