Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect industrial, commercial, residential buildings during construction/remodel.
• Analyze changes of use or occupancy and provide compliance alternatives.
• Determine damage extent, safety factors and required permits.
• Conduct inspections to ensure code compliance with county/state regulations.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain permit/citation files.
• Coordinate and schedule inspection requests for permits.
• Provide quality customer service to applicants and stakeholders.
